STOPCAS.CA Dr. David McLean "The Hired Pen" for the Children's Aid Society of Ottawa" Dr. David MacLean, is a psychiatrist and director of the Family Court Clinic at the Royal Ottawa Hospital He is also famous for fabricating evidence and falls into the category of a professional witness, for the Children's Aid Society. As such, he brings discredit to his profession, the Royal Ottawa Hospital who cannot be but aware of the significant number of allegations that have been made about Dr. MacLean for years. Judges treat him as though he is the "First Lord of the Admiralty". At 161 Elgin Street, he has own special 3 seat divan that is taken into the courtroom just for him to sit on while he is not standing for hours on end rambling apparently endlessly between questions with diversionary information. While Dr. David Maclean has the experience and qualifications, he lacks the honesty, integrity and prostitutes his ethics for the Corrupt Children's Aid Society of Ottawa.
